Success Tip #1: Take No Less Than 100% Responsibility for Your Life
One of the great assumptions that are common in our culture today is that you are entitled to an “abundant life” and that someone else is responsible for providing our lives with constant happiness, exciting career opportunities, a loving family, and joyous personal relationships, simply because we exist.
The real truth, however, is that you and only you are responsible for the quality of your life.
Listen to me very closely, everything about you is a result of your doing or not doing. Your Finances. Your Debt. Your Relationships. Your Health. Your behaviors and attitude…everything!
When you look in the mirror every day, the person staring back at you is the chief architect in your life.
I think everyone knows this in their hearts, but the mind games we play with ourselves tricks us into thinking external factors are the reason of our failure, the disappointments in our life, and our happiness.
The truth of the matter is that external forces do not determine how you live.
You – and only – are 100% control of the quality of your life experience.
Successful people take full responsibility for their thoughts they think, the images the visualize, and the actions they take. All that blaming and complaining is a waste of their time and energy. They face the uncomfortable and they take risks in order to create the life they desire to live.
Now it’s time for you to reclaim your power and take control of your results.
One way to begin this new journey is by simply responding differently to the events, that occur in your life. Hear me now…you can actually change the outcomes of your life – and get better ones – simply by changing your responses to the obstacles and opportunities that occur.
You see my friend, you only have three things you can control in life – the thoughts you think, and the actions you take.
How you use those three things will determine everything you experience.
So, if you don’t like your current situation and the results you’re experiencing in your life, you have to change your mind, visual and behavioral response to the events that occur in your life. Remember this, nothing will change for the better until you do.
